How does a payout affect maximum drawdown on Blaze and Blaze Pro accounts?

Written by Blaze Funding Admin

On your first payout, your maximum drawdown threshold locks at your original starting balance. This applies to all Blaze and Blaze Pro plans, including plans with static maximum drawdown. There is no add-on to remove this requirement. A payout reduces your account balance by the total profit withdrawn, including both your share and the company’s share. The drawdown threshold does not move downward after a withdrawal.

Example: Your account started at $100,000 and now has a balance of $110,000. You withdraw $6,000 in total profit. At an 80% profit share, you receive $4,800 and the company receives $1,200. Your remaining balance is $104,000 and your maximum drawdown threshold is locked at $100,000. Your equity must remain above $100,000 to avoid a maximum drawdown breach. Daily drawdown and any maximum floating loss requirement continue to 4 apply separately.

For Blaze Pro Instant, the 3% non-withdrawable profit buffer must also remain in the account after a payout.
